wepa Account

Using a wepa account makes it easier to access and pay for print jobs. A wepa account can be used to store funds for printing, and expands your options for submitting and retrieving print jobs.

Students, Faculty, Staff, and Affiliates

The wepa network is connected to CWRU single sign-on, so creating your wepa account is as easy as logging in. The website and print applications will ask you to select your school. After selecting Case Western Reserve University, you'll be brought to the CWRU single sign-on page.

Your wepa account gives you access to the following features:

  • Log into a kiosk using your CaseOneCard (with a CaseCash or CaseCharge account)
  • Perform a touchless kiosk login using the mobile application
  • Retrieve print jobs at a kiosk without using a release code
  • Link your account to print documents directly from online services such as Google Drive and Microsoft OneDrive
  • Submit print jobs via the wepa website
  • Fund your account for later use with a credit card or PayPal without processing fees
  • Save payment methods for later use
  • Transfer funds from a wepa print card
  • Access funds provided by the student printing credit

Guest wepa Accounts

Campus visitors and guests can also create a wepa account on the website or at any kiosk. Students from other schools in the wepa network can also access their account at any CWRU kiosk. Guest accounts have full access to the wepa network, but do no have access to CWRU-specific features such as CaseOneCard payments.

Visitor Printing

A wepa account is not required to print or pay for print jobs, but the available options are more limited. Visitors without a wepa account can print from a USB drive or cloud service at the kiosk. Jobs can also be printed in advance using the print driver or email-to-print and released using a code. Visitors can pay at the time of printing with a credit card, PayPal, or a wepa print card available for purchase at the Kelvin Smith Library location.
