Once you submit a print job, it can be released at any wepa kiosk (even those at other universities). For maximum convenience, there are multiple ways to authenticate yourself to kiosk:
You can log into a CWRU kiosk by select "Use Campus Credentials" on the screen. You will be taken to the CWRU single sign-on page to enter your CWRU Network ID and passphrase.
You can login into a CWRU kiosk with a non-CWRU account by chosing the "Use wepa Account" option on the screen.
If you are signed up for CaseCash or CaseCharge, you can use your CaseOneCard to authenticate yourself at the kiosk. Just insert your card into the card reader and remove it when prompted. Once you are authenticated, you can also use CaseCas or CaseCharge without swiping your card again during your print session.
You can link another card to your wepa account for authentication, such as your driver's license or a credit card. A linked card can be added at a kiosk after your authenticate using your credientials. Once linked, you can use that card to authenticate by inserting it into the card reader at the kiosk. You can remove a linked card at a kiosk or on the wepa website.
With wepa express, you can use your mobile phone to relase documents without touching the kiosk. Select the documents to print in the mobie app by clicking the rocket icon. Then just tap your phone on the designated spot (usually to the right of the screen) on the kiosk to automatically authenticate and release the documents.
Printing methods available to guests without a wepa account produce a release code that can be entered at any kiosk. At the station, press the "Don't have a Card" button followed by "I have a wepa code". Entering the code will allow you to print the specific document(s) linked to that code. You must provide a method of payment before the document can be printed.
The wepa mobile app can also generate a release code for a document. You can use that code yourself or give it to someone else to print the document on your behalf. The document will be charged to your account when printed, so you must have an available balance in one of your payment accounts.
