Submitting a Print Job

The wepa Print Network stores your print jobs in the cloud, so you can print from almost anywhere and pick up your document from any kiosk. wepa offers many convenient ways to submit your print job, including from your personal computer, mobile device, or from a lab or public computer on campus. Once submitted, your job will be held in the system for up to 96 hours.

Direct Print Driver from Windows, MacOS, and Linux Computers

The Print App is the most convenient method of printing from your personal computer. It allows you to print to the wepa Print Network from any application on your computer using standard print options for your operating system.

Mobile Application for Android and iOS Devices

The wepa mobile print application allows you to submit documents directly from your mobile device. With wepa Express, you can even use your mobile device to release documents touch-free at kiosks.

Upload to the Wepa Website

You can upload documents into your wepa account via the wepa website. The following document types are supported with a size of up to 100MB.

  • Microsoft Word (.doc and .docx)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt and .pptx)
  • Microsoft Excel (.xls and .xlsx)
  • Adobe PDF Format (.pdf)
  • Rich Text Format (.rtf)
Email to Print

Quickly and conveniently print files by sending them as an email attachment to print@wepanow.com. In order to match with your CWRU wepa acount, you must send the email from your abc123@case.edu or first.last@case.edu email address. Aliases are not supported. The following document types are supported, with a maximum total attachment size of 25MB.

  • Microsoft Word (.doc and .docx)
  • Microsoft PowerPoint (.ppt and .pptx)
  • Microsoft Excel (.xls and .xlsx)
  • Adobe PDF Format (.pdf)
  • Rich Text Format (.rtf)
  • Images (.jpg, png, .bmp, .tif, .tiff)

You can also use this print method without a wepa account. You will receive a reply email with a release code that can be used to print the document at any kiosk.

Print from a Cloud Service

You can access documents on cloud storage and in learning management systems directly at a wepa print station. You link your accounts to your wepa account for easy access in the future.

Print from a USB Drive

You can print documents directly from a USB drive inserted into the USB port on most kiosks. The supported document types are the same as email submission.

Print from a Lab or Public Computer

Some campus computer labs have the wepa print driver installed on the computers for easy printing.
