All wēpa kiosks provide black and white printing with single and double-sided options. Most kiosks also provide color printing. Black and white only printers are usually located in high volume areas where there are multiple kiosks available.
You get a better value by printing double-sided. If you print an odd number of pages, the last page will be charged at the single-sided rate. You can also save money by printing multiple pages on a single sheet (N-up printing).
Some programs and schools offer wepa printing credits to their students. These credits are automatically applied to your wepa account based on your SIS enrollment information. To spend these credits, select wepa account as your payment method. The credits will be spent before any other funds that you have added to your account.
You can use either CaseCash (students) or CaseCharge (employees) to pay for print jobs. CaseOneCard payments are made at the time of printing by inserting your card into the card reader on the kiosk. If you used your CaseOneCard to authenticate to the kiosk, you will not need to insert your card again.
You can use a major credit card or PayPal to pay for individual print jobs. A small service charge applies to each transaction.
This payment method is avaiable to visitors and guests without a wepa account.
You can use a major credit card or PayPal account to add funds to your wepa account before printing jobs Funds can be added at the kiosk or on the wepa website in incrememnts of $5, $10, $15, $20, $25, or $50. There is no service charge to add funds to your account, but the amount deposited is non-refundable.
A wepa print card has $5 of printing value and can be purchased with cash at a vending machine in the entry of Kelvin Smith Library. This is a great option for visitors and guests without a wepa account that do not want to use a credit card. Wepa print cards are not redeemable for cash, but the remaining value can be transferred to a wepa account.
